Just about done with the warp hunter now, all panels highlighted along with the icon details, some osl on the main weapon. next up is a load of converted jetbikes, the conversion being changing out the jetbike torso's for standard guardian ones following IDICBeer's guide

Looking good man!

I myself have a lot on my hobby plate too. I'm repainting my entire chaos legion in new colors. So now I have about 5200 points of models that need some new love.

I still haven't worked out what I want my warband colors to be, but I've come up with a few interesting color schemes.Hhopefully soon I'll get my colors right and have a solid pattern to start painting my guys with.

Next up on the desk WIP on converted guardian jetbikes, I am doing these as part of the WGC June paint threat. I'm also waiting with baited breath for the next warmaster painting comp which I've been reliably informed will be soon and i have a few ideas in mind for what I can do for that too!

Same treatment for the guardians, with actual guardian torso's rather than the outdated looking ones that come with the jetbikes.

Here's my latest addition to the army, a scratch built / sculpted female farseer model for a competition on facebook.

Ok so been a while since I even looked at my models, but it's a new year and i'm taking part in Nick / IDICBeer's something new for 2015 initiative and i've picked up a new army for the year, the dark eldar. I'm not overly fussed about how competitive this army will be but i've worked out a list that I look forward to collecting and painting towards having and I think if anything it'll be a fun fast moving army which will hopefully cause some issues to people.

Anyway pictures to follow tomorrow of my first steps and i'm also contemplating getting out all of my eldar for pictures and slowly working through them too.

So here's an update for you all, first up here's my 500 point starting army for out local GW's escalation league all pretty and based. The second picture is the start of my dark eldar army which are a splinter group original from the biel tan craftworld who didn't think the craftworlds methods were quite brutal enough so they left.

I'm off down to the nerd shop tomorrow for a few games but I forgot to undercoat / base coat my jetbikes in last nights dark eldar batch so i've done them ready to take with me and paint up inbetween games tomorrow. This is literally just base coat and some basic highlighting the camera leaves it a bit bright but thats part of the effect i'm going for. :)
