I wont show pictures so quick...as i wrote in the introduction , i have a few badly painted Black Templars..and the rest of my marines is not painted ..some are still inside their boxes unopened ..when i was new to the SM i buyed the 3rd edition box with a friend....on the box the BT are depicted so i thought that this was the colorsheme to go...later i read the codex and noticed there are others...and it was written to choose a custom color sheme would be totally ok,  that got me ..i stopped painting and building...and where only thinking of a colorsheme for my chapter and of course thinking of a story...the years passed and the 4th codex was released or 5th edition?! i cant remember but inside on 3 pages nearly at the end where the first chapter traits listed..and that...holy...i was sucking them in ,again and again..more and more pictures of a custom chapter flooded my head ...with the bad result that i totally stopped to work with my models and only focused on fluff fluff fluff...

Well and the 2nd part of my fluff story will come more into conflict with existing "offical" fluff ..and that the hardcore 40k fans often "dislike".

I deploy into the battlefield the Nebuchadnezzar Masquerade! A Harlequin Masque from the warped edges of the Black Library of Chaos. Starting as scholars of the Library they keep the secret of it's location under their masks. Traveling through the webway they defend, against the Ahrimar and the forces of his God of fate  or anyone else, the knowledge that the Library contains with the help of many pheonix lords  as Karandras and Jain Zar that is known that protect the Library. (I use them in sone lists and I have read about them in many novels so I love their roles and their lore.)

As loremasters of the eldar knowledge they share their dance in some performances. Every unit in the army has a special role in the dance and in the hierarchy of the harlequin society. Even the small eldar detachment has a role as every masque needs it's mimes, eldar that train to be worthy of a harlequin mask.

The name. Nabuchadnezzar was an ancient king of babulon and he was known as the winner of fate

I mastered the chaos in mind and soul.
I will kill you and with a beautiful laugh I will dance until I go mad.

Coming up with the fluff you want without conflicting with the official stuff takes some research and can be tough, but it's really rewarding if you can fold it in somehow in a way that's believeable. That's why I've  written miles of fluff just to use the models/ paint scheme I want. That's Ultramarines for you I guess tho, haha.

Part 2
Well i shorten it down now...
deeper in the Hulk-Complex the SG found a Contemptor-Pattern Cybot with a very unusual but perfectly crafted armor design..kept in a chamber inside a stasis field....
They broke the seals and supprisigly discovered that the pilot was alive and had seen them coming long before...
they also found the complete personnel of the hulk...at least the bones... and suggested that approximatly 10 000 people inside the hulk...died at the same time and as the bones indicated, while doing their normal daily routines..but the only possible witness (the cybot) keeps silent about that.
Other discoverys where that the hulk..once sufficently maintained...was able to mannouver ...marines of an unknown chapter had been stationed or lived there...the SG found a full established chapter monastary...very old and out of order...and for personnel numbers like the population of a current mega city..
of course the Saints Guard declared the hulk their property ..the next years they spend raising personnel and establish save fly routes...
it was in the last hulk reactivation phase , when they got first attacked by an unknown enemy....tearing down brother and ship with same ease...boarding mannouvers failed completly ..some of the strange enemy ships where shot...but it was more a fight for survival for the marines than a battle... within 5 days the once 800 brothers strong chapter was reduced to 160...they lost all their ships exept of the main vessel and retreated to the hulk.
than the attacks stopped ...and the chapter master finally agreed to take help from the unknown contemptor ...
even with some of the new human technical staff suffering from madness, dissorder, and amnesia ,they managed to reactivate the colossal generators of the hulk...and began to leave the area...no attacks or live signs were picked up while the hulk shortens the distance to the imperial borders...
The contemptor suggested to use the old cloning tanks to quickly fill up the losses..
After many discussions and votes the SG agreed..
The cybot had knowledge about the risks of cloning and offered a solution...
It appeard that the Cybot had more knowledge about bio-engeneering and cyber tech than a space marine could ever hear of...
after another week long discussion...the cybot..let the scriptors implement some psionic rites into the cloning process as he discribes them to the scriptors ...
All new Clones have no signs of mutation...
when the Saints Guard reach 300 battle brothers...the cybot is the one who stops the cloning ...and let the Chapter recruit like normal again...
More and more research is done and after 100 years the SG reduce the loss of new recruits to 0% ...the recruits are taken of childs not older than 1 ..after entering the chapter the child is put into artifical coma and is partially dissolved in a mixture of biological acids...fluid nutrients...and other chemicals...than the body gets redesigned with nearly all SM modifications in childform...The growing body accept all modifications as 100% natural !
When reaching the sixt year the scriptor starts entering the mind and began with the first training ...with the body still in coma the child experience all the nightmares it could possibly find in the galaxy in very real dreams until it reaches the age of 12..the recruit get the last implant and has already the battle experience of an imperial soldier and the mind of a true space marine  without setting one foot on a battlefield..
Than the real training starts with the rest of the chapter...this very time intense Space Marine creation has several benefits:
There is literaly no loss in recruits ...The Marine has in comparsion to other chapters at least doubled live span....which leads to 2 additional veteran companys at full strength...
After the loss of the chapter Master...the commando is passed to the contemptor cybot...who refuses and preferres a deputy status...but teaching the SG in the old ways of the astartes....honoring the emperror as an great ultimate warrior and psionic as he wished it long ago ... defending humanity against all danger and never take part in an exterminatus until the very last, of loyal imperial citizen, on a totally symbiont infested planet is escorted to savety.
Which is what they do..
that leaded to near annihilation of the chapter more than 5 times..but due to superior bio engeneering processes , losses get replaced very quickly in war times...and the number of veterans is raised in normal mission times..
Also the threat of force against other imperial institutions when initiating an exterminatus without evacuating the citizens..brought them very high on the iquisitional black list ...
But inhabiting a weaponsoaked Space-Station is also an argument to slow down actions against them...

Part 3
I try as short as i can....

Years and years passed ..the Saints Guard always stood alongside the imperial citizenīs  and refused every time to paticipate in any actions that would lead to the death of innocent people...
It was one of the Contemptors visions which leaded the SG  into the fortuna sub sector ...the SG already briefed and ready for the Mission to save a single person on a demon infested planet...
run across an inquisitional Vessel and escort ships which where moving themselfes into a broadside formation to the planet...guessing the worst the SG mannouvered the hulk inbetween the ships and the planet...they answered the identification request but denied to move out of the line of fire....Some stormravens where leaving the hangars of the hulk and heading to the surface of the planet...while on all communication channels an inquisitor demandet to move the hulk-station..than changed to rank explanations and coaching about imperial authority and finally broadcasted some optical recordings from , yet functional probes about the ongoing carnage on this doomed planet...the SG tracked a signal of one probe that showed a few Eldar who were trapped inside a large tower ..besieged by hordes of slaanesh demons...the SG striked there...
The Hulk started an appocalyptic bombardment out of short orbit with the smaller defensive laser batteries while the thunderhawks attacked flying demons ..a single T-hawk hovered close to the eldar occupied balcony ...opened the boarding ramp...and commanded them to enter....for a few seconds the inquisitor watching the scenary from the probe and the eldar starring at the thunderhawk ,shared the same stunning astonishment..
The young female farseer and remains of the bodyguards where escorted to the next sector and left on a planet with a small eldar outpost on it..
the execution request from the inquisitor was ignored...soon after.. the Saints Guard were officially declared renegade...
(In later events a young farseer prevented a demon invasion on another planet in a different sector ,identification matched with the xeno individual on the inquisitors records...who declared the SG heretics...billions where saved human and eldar ,by the heroic actions of the farseer)
As an official renegade chapter ..all support from the adeptus mechanicus is lost too...to compensate the techmarines get placed into cybots to keep their knowledge alive for several hundrets of years... unlike the contemptor their memories become more and more fragmented...the Saints Guard live on , but the equippment dies slowly...
The SG reduce Missions more and more....since more and more equippment malfunctions...
In the early 41st , the contemptor leaded the SG into the Squat sector...in close orbit to the capitol planet the Hulk gives defensive support against a vanguard from  Tyranid fleet behemoth...after a long dispute the contemptor managed to convince the squats to evacuate their sector...the Hulk is completly filled for the first time and leaves with hundreds of transport vessels following...the hive fleet knowing the human behavior of evacuation...surrounded the sector entirely...the fight for survival begins in space..and let the fleet finally escape but with lots of losses....millions of squats had been left behind on the planets...but the survivors will establish a new squat-empire in a new sector defended by the saints guard..the squads swear an oath and help with all their technical knowledge..quickly maintaining the equippment of the SG and supply them with all they need ..even super heavy tanks are delivered by the squats...
The imperium declares the squat dead ..unknowing of the later established colonies with the help of the SG...aboard the hulk was not only the whole thinkers of the squats..also the "magna carta imperialis"... once signed by the eperror himself ..which granted independence to the squats was one of the great treasures carried to savety...
Investigations show that the sectorfleed was removed from the squat sector , short before behemoth arrived....the SG blame the adeptus mechanicus .... since the squats independence got often into conflict with the rites and autonomy of the mechanicus...this would be a great option to get rid of the squats once and for all...
In Table top:
Squat service teams replace tech marines
SG Veteran Seargents are Apothecarys
And Standard choices can be upgraded to veterans
Thats it so far...a real short version of the Saints Guard :P ...and before this topic becomes the stainless topic i will spare you now ^^

The Iron Host
Part I- abandoned.
An Iron Warriors warhost that was searching for a planet to put a communication outpost on in some neck of the galaxy. They found a planet in a system called Hastia, where on one of the planets was an uprising if chaos energies, so they decided to set up 2 planets further away from the sun, a ball of not quite ice, then dubbed Hastia V. They made planetfall with a couple hundred cultists and 21 marines to set up a base of operations and communications array.
3 standard Terran weeks later, the base was finished and only a quarter of the cultists died of freezing.
The 21 marines each reported that their stations were completed and relayed the information back to the ship in orbit. That then decided to open orbital fire. Bioweapons were released into the atmosphere which covered the sky in a sickly green. 21 comm signals were put into space and no answer was sent back. The icing on the cake was an orbital laser striking down upon tge fortresses main section, annihilating the roof and most of the flooring.
Cultists started to scream out the names of the gods, each clawing at themselves in agony. Then they melted into a puddle of biomatter. The marines decided that was signal enough to all make their way back into the fortress. 20 made it back before more orbital fire, pot shots from space, started raining down from the heavens. The 21st marine was meters from the door when it was sealed. Leaving him to wander the frozen graveyard of hundreds of nameless mortals that had accomplished nothing in their insignificant lives.
The 20 that had survived struggled to breathe. So thick was the air with strange, fungal spores, that the rebreathers integrated into their armor were clogged. Most refused to expose their flesh to the fate of the cultists. But some couldn't stand the lack of "fresh" air, and removed their helms.
Those that kept their armor sealed lasted longer than those who hadn't. One in particular, Ganleose had become paranoid, and would say things such as "i feel my brain being eaten, cell by cell" and "get them out of my head". Soon, his discomfort led to fear. Fear of betrayal and that he was the weakest one and therefore the first to be eaten. Fear turned to paranoia, and Ganleose decided to prepare himself in the case his brothers decided to turn on him. He went to what was left of the armory and started loading his arms full of all the weapons he could carry. As he reached of one on a higher shelf, the ground trembled and he fell over with the entire sheliving unit and all his weaponry on top of him.
Hungry, exhausted, and weak from the sickness, he died there, his last thought eaten away from his mind before he spoke it.
Soon thereafter, each battle brother, even those with sealed armor began feeling the effects of the plague. All were perpetually cold, even in their armor and wrapped themselves in cloaks of patchwork cloth from the cultists barracks. A few vomited a black sludge that oozed, with the consistency of tar, out of their helm's grille. Others, became so sluggish that they decided to lay on the floor, wrapped in their cloaks, never to rise again.
One of the Astartes suffered not of the sloth or the shivering, almost epileptic, fits that befell his brothers. Instead, this lone warrior cam to each of his fall brethren and stayed at their side as they lay frozen in agony at the end of their lives. The last to fall he saw was his closest companion.
The two had been through the Iron Cage together, had been next to the behemoth guns and artillery at the siege of Terra, been ones to open fire against fellow legions at the Massacre on Istvaan. They had slaughtered mortals on Olympia during the genocide. They had even  survived the culling. Together they pinned down their comrade as he was strangled by the Primarch's command. They had survived, nay thrived through everything. Only to be cut down by a sickness that even Astartes couldn't win the battle against. Destroyed by those they had fought with through all.
After that last death, Anthrallis wandered the halls of the broken stronghold. Searching his brothers for any signs of life. For three weeks, he was alone among the dead after having watched them perish slowly for four.
Then the symptoms started affecting him. They did not slowly rise in him as they did the others. No: they atracked him. Every breath rattled in this throat daring to he the last. And every movement was agony in the purest sense. He felt that Ganliose had been right in his outbursts: he felt he was being eaten alive. In his final moments, Anthrallis knelt by his fallen brother one last time. He laughed. It finally dawned on him the irony: the lone marine that had been locked out was the apothecary. The one Astartes tyat could have been working towards a cure had been shut out with the rest of world. Anthrallis wondered how he had fared. Shrugging, he went back to looking upon the frost covered helm of Cephaelin.
He felt the weight of endless sleep on his eyelids and started having to consciously keep them open. He moved himself to sit against the wall next to his brother- to remain vigilant over his friend, even in death. His eyelids closed again, and with his last ounce of strength, Anthrallis opened them once more. In his hazy vision, he saw a cloud of the most vile green he had ever seen. As his eyelids slowly slipped closed again, the cloud took humanoid form and reached out a hand.

This was created by me and members of miniwargaming forum

Name: Black Ravens
Founding chapter: Imperial Fists
Founding: 3rd Founding
Chapter master: Ellyron the Black
Home world: Mastral Elmurus
Fortress-monastery: Captain ship
Main colors: Black and Grey
Purpose: Hunt down alpha legion
Battle cry: "For the hunt!"
Estimated strength: 1000

"We hunt in shadows, but emperor gives us the light that we need. Hunt or be hunted."

Home planet: Mastral Elmurus
The planet is populated with human tribes. The tribesmen follow the honor of hunting. The planet itself is fully covered with big massive trees and swamps, but some times on the planet is covered in massive storms that brings snow. The tribesmen have learned how to live in such conditions and how to survive on a planet full of wild beasts. It is told that the beasts fear the tribes man more than they fear the beasts.

History of the Chapter
The chapter was created by the High Lords of Terra. The Chapter was created after Horus Heresy when many traitors escaped. It was their job to find the traitors and kill them, or bring them to justice. But the High Lords knew full well that one Chapter alone could not do it, so they have decided that their main mission was to find the enemy but not to fight them. After the Chapter was formed they where broth to they home planet along with their first Chapter Master Vezall. Soon after planetfall, they found one of the tribes, the symbol of which was a raven. Verzall was unwilling to kill the owners of the planet, and proposed to split their territory in half. The one part will belong to the tribes man and the other to the marines. On such terms they all agreed and let the marines live on the planet. In future the 2 populations began to work together, helping each other in some things. The leader of the tribesmen offered Verzall personal training on how to hunt down a prey. So began the future fate of the chapter. Every one of the tribesman trained each marines in hunting details. The Chapter begun to learn more and more in hunting and soon with full confidence the Chapter could call them self the hunters.
They took the traditions of the tribes as their own. The tribesman that reaches the fourth hunting step is allowed to own the spear of hunters, and there are only five steps. The fifth step is the most dangerous, when the hunter must take the souls of his master in his own so that his master will live for ever. It is spoken among marines that Verzall is one of only two among his Chapter who have ever reached this step.
The more the chapter hunted along with the tribe, the more they turned wild. The tribesmen saw this, and also taught marines how to control they're wild nature and use it only in battle, at home they should stay calm and never attack theyr brothers.
On one ritual hunt when Verzall and the tribes chief went hunting alone, the chief offered Verzall and his Chapter to become one with the tribe. At this point it was an honor to become one with their teachers. When they returned home with a big prey, Chief told every one that the Black Ravens are now one of them. So from that they every Black Raven marine has a tattoo on his back symbolizing the tribe, and every one of them has the symbol of hunting on they shoulder pads. In time, the tribe and marines have claimed more and more of the planet territory fighting with other tribes.
Now Verzall is dead and buried on his home planet. Over his grave stands a huge statue of himself. Before his death Verzall has told every one that a true Chapter Master should defeat alone one of the strongest beasts on the planet. The beast is called among the villagers Amaruzu, it is something similar to an lion with an head of crocodile and legs with venomous claws, and lives always in prides. After the death of Verzall only two others have defeated the beast. The first died soon after, in a battle with Tyranids during single combat with the Swarmlord, but the second one lives today and is told to be stronger and wiser then Verzall.

Black Ravens today
The Chapter prefers close combat rather then shooting. They man drop pods (which are some times covered with chaines and skulls to infact fear to theyr animi) from their great fleets of ships, and land behind enemy lines while the enemy fights marines and dreadnoughts. Because of their wild nature, the Chapter has many great victories behind them, most of them against traitor marines and Orks, who some times stand in they way while they gather information about traitors. The chapters biggest goal was defending an planet from chaos space marines invasion with an barbarian lord leading the traitors legion. The battle was bloody but victories, when the barbarian lord steped in battle with ellyron, he was defited by the spear of Ellyron wit a single blow, leaving him headless on the ground.
The Chapter works closely with Ordo Hereticus, which often take the help of Black Ravens to hunt down the traitors, the Alpha Legion which most of the time have escaped the hammer of the Imperium and continued to terrorize the Imperium. The Ordo respects the job of the Chapter and as recognition has promised to restore the numbers of the Chapter when it will be needed.

Many a time in the past, the Chapter fought along side the Imperial Guard. Once in a battle against Chaos Marines, guardsmen requested urgent help. As support, the Black Raven alongside Ultramarines should have been dropped on the planet on drop pods. But later it was decided that the Ultramarines will move to the enemy in Rhinos, supporting the guardsman with fire power, while the Black Ravens will land in drop pods nearby and form a killing field.
As the drop pods fell, the guardsmen for some reason fired at them and destroyed 2 out of the 5 pods. When the remaining 3 landed and the marines had disgorged, they were met with massed fire from the guardsmen. There was nothing else the Black Ravens could do other than to protect themselves by retaliating. The firefight only ended when Ultramarines blocked their line of sight by a rhino. It could have cost them the battle. But the Ultramarines managed to push the real enemy back and eventually to eliminate them all with the help of guardsman and Black Ravens.
Later the guardsman told the court-martial that they thought that Black Ravens where more traitor marines and didnít want to give them any chances to attack. After many discussions those guardsman where declared traitors and executed.
After this situation, the Black Ravens have ever distrusted guardsmen, and refuse to fight with them.
They also work closely with space wolves, which find some of theyr actions very close to theyr own. And with black templars, there where many battles along side with black templars, which led to a close team work between both chapters. But as black templars and space wolves fight a long side with black ravens, blood angles regect to fight with them. They find some of theyr action heretical, like combaining souls. But so do the black ravens which find the red thourst very sospitius and dangerous.

The Chapter do not keep a Fortress Monastery on their home planet. The entire Chapter choose to stay aboard their spaceships, ready to embark on the hunt once again, at a moments notice. They do not keep planet-bound Companies. Rather, they maintain eight Fleets as the equivalent of Battle Companies, with the Scouts and Reserve Companies being assigned amongst the fleets instead of their own dedicated fleets. Each Fleet is independent of each other, the better to hunt. Each is under the command of one Captain who is answerable only to the Chapter Master.

The Chapter
Ellyron the Black- The third Chapter Master of the Black Ravens. There are rumors that his master was the first Chapter Master and he was able to reach fifth step of hunters and has the soul of Verzall with him, but no one knows for sure.
He weilds a big spear with a big shield and always uses a drop pod to slam directly into combat. He wears a helmet that is much damaged, but has never changed it after he was nominated as chapter master. The spear is very big and massive, almost like a poleam. But in the hands of Ellyron it seems to be yeasi. Ellyron usually joints only big battles where he is needed the most. He never joints a small battle knowing that his commanders will do their job.

Captain Nikolai- The Captain of the First Fleet is young but cruel in battle. His preferred weapon is a wickedly sharp power sword which he always takes into battle. He usually joins a unit of marines. He is told to be one of those who can be the new Chapter Master, so strong and smart he is. He never lost a battle before, since he always say, the battle isent lost, until ravens are alive.
Captain(Wolf Lord) Nikolai
Unit type: Infantry.
Number/squad: 1
Wargear: *Runic Armour; *Frag and Krak grenades; *The Wicked Shadow Sword; *Plasma Pistol; *Saga of the Hunter; *The Raven Necklace(ca. Belt of Russ);
Special Rules: *Independent Character; *Counter-Attack; *Acute Senses; *And they shall know no fear; *Born Leader; *Clean Record; *The Shadow of Verzall;
Ws-6 ; Bs-5 ; S-4 ; T-4 ; W-3 ; I-5 ; A-* ; Ld-10 ; Sv-2+

The Wicked Shadow Sword: A power sword, that generates d6 attacks. On the roll of 1, the wickedly sharp sword cuts into Nikolai(He immediately takes a wound with no armor saves allowed, and may make the one attack against the enemy.)
Born Leader: Any unit he has joined are fearless and have the Preferred Enemy special rule(re-roll to hit in close combat).
Clean Record: As Nikolai has never lost a battle, he has grown proud and arrogant. Both you and your enemy may re-roll their "grab the initiative" roll.
The Shadow of Verzall: As something sinister took place during the last hunt Verzall was on, when the Black Ravens became one with the Tribe, it has forever clouded the heart of Nkolai. This shadow grows strong on the field of battle and where the bloodshed is the thickest. Nikolai and the unit he has joined, must take a Ld test after they win a close combat. Their Ld minus the score they won the combat by. If they fail this test, they will suffer from these special rules: Rage, Furious Charge.

Captain Steamius: The Captain of the Second Fleet. In the battle he is almost the same as Nikolai; fast, strong and an indomitable will. But instead of a power sword he uses a special blade. This blade was given to him from an old shaman that assured Steamius that the blade once belonged to a great warrior that leaved on Elmurus but failed in battle leaving only the blade on the ground. Since that they the blade passed from warrior to warrior but every one of those warriors died in battle, there began to grow rumors that the blade itself will choose its master and not the other way around. So the shaman believed that Steamius was the chosen, and he has not yet been proved wrong.  His soul was blessed by the old shaman for protection of falling to chaos. Steamius also learned 2 shaman powers which he use very rare. The first power Steamius has is a healing power, which he can invoke upon any wound in body, mind or soul. Named the Healing Mind, he can sometime cure those who even the Apocetharies marked as lost. Working in concert with the healers, however... it is said they can even raise the dead, if their bodies be whole.

His other power is ten times as special, a thousand times more powerful, and millions of times more dangerous. This power is bound into his sword and is as much a part of the weapon as the material that makes it. It is termed the Exorcism Of Blades, and is fraught with danger.

This power will be used only upon those who the Chapter deem irreplacable or inexpendable, and only under certain circumstances. Even without the power being used, the sword has a potency against Daemons that would be outmatched only by the force weapons of the Ordo Malleus and the fabled Grey Knights. But when the words are spoken, their power is terrible to behold.

For the sword can be thrust into the possessed body of a Captain of the Chapter, or an enemy who requires interrogation. When the word is invoked, the sword is withdrawn and the wound, seeming to heal from the physical body, shall be put onto the daemonic inhabitant in it's stead, who will then be too wounded to maintain his grasp within this realm. However, if the wound is made in the wrong place, or the sword not removed at the right time, or the power not invoked correctly... the consequence would be no less than an immense Daemonic invasion at the very heart of the Chapter.
Egory- The Chaplain of the Chapter, and the Captain of the Third Fleet is a very cruel warrior. He seeks out the enemy commander in battle, and he has never left his enemy standing. In battle he is said to be so fast, the enemy does not witness the killing blow, and so is named 'The Snake' by the few foes that fight him and survive.

Imayl the Wise- Librarian of the Chapter, and Captain of the Fouth Fleet. Prefers not to take part in close combat, his element is battle is long-range, shooting. He is a master tactician. He has sworn to be among the greatest Librarians of the Imperium, and every battle bring him closer to his goal.

Captain Caren- Captain of the Fift Fleet. Wields a great two-handed axe. He prefers to enter the battle field with a group of terminators near him, he strikes from the clouds in a droup pod and very fast kills those who stays in his way, thatís why he is known as the crocodile.

Captain Farus- Captain of the Sixth Fleet, and Second Librarian of the chapter. He is smart, and always an excellent strategist and never makes the same mistake twice. He is trying to replace Imayl as Captain of the Third Fleet.

Captain Regan- Captain of the Seventh Fleet. Not much is known about him. He has not yet fought in battle. He and his fleet usually protect the others from orbit.

Captain Markus- Captain of the Eighth Fleet. Markus has lost his right hand and left leg in battle when his squad was bombed. The Apothecary replaced his missing limbs with bionic ones. Despite this, he is still fighting for the chapter with his brothers.

Captain Larim- He is the on who satys on his home planet and protecs it from the ground. He rides a massive creature that he has captured and mounted. He is very brutall and always get what he wants..

 The green-red battle.

Imperial planet arallez was attacked by orcs. Many chapters where send to the planet to protect it. Every chapter had its own mission and place to protect it. The black ravenís main mission was to not let the orcs get the info base in south city in their hand. It was known that the captain of the orcs attacking the south city will be an orc psyker with a big mek. Black ravens settled in the town to view all the bases.
The orcs came in the town with no trucks, they had 30 boys led by the psyker orc and 30 boys which should have been outflanking the positions of the chapter, lootas that where already in control of the first base and one big mek with a shokk attack gun that was hiding in a building. The black ravens have moved forward in their tanks shooting every thing they have in the squad with the psyker killing lot of orcs, but not enough to make them run away. While one tactical squad dropped down on the captured base in a drop pod and flaming all the lootas, and taking controlee of the base. It didnít take long while all the orcs got mad and with a big WAAAAGGG rushed in to combat with the main fire power of the space marines, the power claws destroying all the tanks with wan big punch, leaving the marines with no protection. The big mek tried to shoot at one marine squad but accidentally shoot him self write in to the wall. The battle was bloody, many marines have fallen in the battle, but so have the orcs. The psyker orcs tried to do some sort of magic but something went wrong and he disappeared with all of heís boys in the end of the town leaving the flanking bois alone in battle with marines. In that time the first base was attacks again by orcs commandos. The marines protecting the objectives where winning the game until the vanished psyker appeared again with heís orcs in front of the 10 marines, they trued to kill as much as they could but they have dyed protecting the base.
While in the main fight only 13 left orcs where stopped by one single marine who didnít want to die, but in the end a power claw strike the chest of the marine leaving his legs separate of his body lying on the ground. The orcs went to the second objective, and there was nothing that could stop them.
Mine while the last leaving marine with a missile launcher tried to shoot at the squad with the psyker. The missile went write true the head of the psyker but didnít explode.
So the where brutally bitten, but still they have crushed the marines ganing control of the bases. They thought that they have gotten the victory but they where mistaking, all the town was mined, and in case of loss blown. And so was done.

If ya wont some fluff then some fluff you shall get.

WARNING
The fluff you are about to read will make neckbeards rage and burn all their fedoras. Be Warned.

It was a pleasant day and the sun was beaming down upon the Emperor. He was maxing out relaxing and acting all cool with his favored son, [MISSING FROM IMPERIAL DATA]. Now the other 19 (actually 20 as it turns out the Emperor can't count twins) of his sons were thrown out the window after he made them but fortunately the primarch of the second legion was still by his side.

"Hey, pop" [MISSING FROM IMPERIAL DATA] said from his position on the Emperor's knee*.
"Yes, [MISSING FROM IMPERIAL DATA]?" the Emperor looked kindly towards the primarch.
"What's a chaos?" [MISSING FROM IMPERIAL DATA] asked in his innocent tone.
"WHERE DID YOU HEAR OF SUCH THINGS MISTER?!" the emperor suddenly and violently stood up causing a psychic backlash that exploded the nearby school of wizardry: Hogwarts.
"Barry was telling me about it at school..." [MISSING FROM IMPERIAL DATA] said staring down at his feet.
"I told you he was a bad egg! Now, son I don't wont you talking to him anymore." The Emperor was shouting now, face full of rage.
"Well I didn't think chaos sounded too ba-" **
Suddenly a bolt pistol appeared in the Emperors hand, and with an tear in his eye, he put thousands of rounds into his son.

The next few weeks were a blur. To make sure the chaos infection hadn't spread the Emperor personally killed the entire second legion. Why? No one knows. However scholars have studied the question for all of a few days before being, 're-educated'. However the prevailing theory is that it was for the lols.

They where all but myth, but then when the Horus Heresy broke out it was rumored that forces of heretics would be ambushed by groups of spectral space marines. These heretic would never be heared from again as they had faced the wrath of the second legion fighting for the Emperors forgiveness. A compassion they would never get. Because Gee Dubs refuses to let writers talk about them.

Wow...didn't even know we had this thread.  Guess I'll throw down my fluff for my Chaos Warband.

Ruin Knights

The Ruin Knights were originally created out of the remnants of the 2nd Company of the Silver Knights (my own loyalist space marines).  Their Captain, Aldric "The Wolfhammer" (a title gained by beating a Space Wolf champion in a friendly duel when he was a loyalist), was cut off with his Company on a planet due to a warpstorm.  There in they fought for 8 months against an enemy they couldn't even fully engage.  The planet had given over to chaos, due to the depredations of Skal'ax (an Alpha Legion Sorceror).  Unable to engage to find the sorceror and fighting an entire Hive World fallen to Chaos, wore the men of the 2nd Company down.  Giving in, for even a moment's rest, the 2nd Company found itself...relieved by dint they had no enemies on the planet anymore.  The citizens welcomed them into the Eightfold Star, but soon found themselves on the brutal end of punishment.  Having been driven to the edge, Aldric's first decree as a newly minted Chaos Lord...was decimation of the citizenry left on the wretched world.

Afterwards they loaded up onto their strike cruisers...and bombarded the planet to useless husk, then fled into the warp.  There, Aldric met with Skal'ax and took him as an advisor.  From there they made minor pirate runs on Imperial Convoys, but this never sated Aldric's need to prove himself.  The warlord himself never gave in to any of the chaos gods themselves, seeing more practicality in serving them all.  However, he did not stop any of his lieutenants from raising up their own faiths, and in actuality readily approved of such different devotions in his army.  It was this strategic thinking that allowed him to absorb smaller warbands, allowing them to continue their own idealogy and beliefs while being tied to The Wolfhammer.  It was after absorbing a small World Eaters contingent, and making a pact with an Iron Warrior's group that he led his infamous assault on Cybil III.

It was there that the Imperium at large would find this new Warband, repainted, and reglorified in the name of Chaos.  The assault was nearly flawless, the Imperium being out manuevered and out planned at every turn.  The inclusion of two Knight Titans, helped to bring terror to the defense of Cybil III, and after it's sacking...Aldric took it as his own.  It was here that the Ruin Knights now strike from, and it was because of this assault that Aldric was given a new moniker, Bane of Cylax (the Sub-sector that Cybil III was a part of).

I'm getting back into Warhammer with a new Necron army but I've worked on the fluff quite a while the Dynasty is the Aknahep Dynasty led by Phaeron Sarett in the eastern fringe of the galaxy I have names for the thee overlords and the 26 tomb worlds under his control as well as their corresponding lords. The major one is Inholtep the greatest of his overlords and the tomb world Iser the capital of his empire most importantly the area on the Tomb World of Iser  known as Aza'Modl or as the rest of the galaxy calls it "The Bronze City". The goal of the Dynasty is the reunification of Aza'Gorod or the Night Bringer in a cult known as the Aza'Gorneth. As such harvesting souls is very important to the Dynasty as it is important to restoring Aza'Gorod to his full strength.  This is because they believe that they cannot get their bodies back and that only the C'tan who put them there have the ability to return them to flesh and bone. Many capture other races to bring them to Aza'Modl to be fed brought to the Pyramid of Alzimed where the cryptek Az' Nor Alsim feeds their souls to the collected shards in a giant tesseract vault atop the pyramid. They also keep a prisoner from each world they take over as they keep these worlds active as "soul farms" with the designation Aserlak. They let the worlds govern themselves only requiring a tariff of souls called the Talsiek and if a world causes more trouble then its worth lets say they collect it all at once.   The main color scheme is black and bronze with gold adorning the higher ups and the classic Necron green.
