Kill team in Advent calender

Pretty solid rumors show that Updated Kill Team rules will be released on the 21st in the GW advent Calender. Heres a link to one of the articles but I have also seen a picture of the finished Advent calender and it is there.

My question is are we going to use those new updated rules or the old ones from Battle Missions? I don't know what changes there could be and there probably aren't many but it would be nice to have rules that where updated with 6th in mind.

Will have to see the rules first and then perhaps take a vote as a community.

Heres some of the stuff from the new Killteam rules. Its 31 pages(10 of rules) for $12.99.

Kill team has 6 missions

Some exceptions and rules
reserve rule only used if 1 is rolled on leader table
all units score even vehicles unless other wise stated(death company for instance)
must include minimum 4 non-vehicle models
no models with 2+ save
no flyers
no models with more than 3 hull points or wounds
no vehicles with combined AV more than 33
brotherhood of psyker special rule has no effect
No warpstorm table
No champions of chaos special rule
Necrons can only reanimate if they are within 2" of a friendly necron model
All friendly Dark Eldar models with the power from pain USR immediatly recieve one pain token for every 5 enemy non-vehicle models killed. (necrons are only counted as killed after a failed RP roll)

Leader roll d6 on Leader trait table-
1-d3+2 non-vehicle models have outflank
2-Seize on 4+
3-+1vp for your leader slaying enemy leader in a challenge
4-command range extended from 6" to 12"
5-can select a special rule from one category but can't be a category as any other specailist
6-has USR Zealot

Specialists-(must have 3, no duplicates and leader can only choose if a 5 is rolled on the leader table)

Combat specialist can choose from-
Counter-attack
furious charge
hammer of wrath
hatred
rage
rampage
instant death

Weapon specialist can choose from-
cc attacks have haywire
sniper
tank hunter
master crafted(1 weapon)
shooting attacks have rending
shooting attacks have pinning
ignores cover
split fire(no ld test)

Dirty Fighter specialist can choose from-
soul blaze
cc attacks have shred
cc attacks have rending
cc attacks have blind
cc attacks have concussive
cc attacks have fleshbane
Fear
monster hunter
shooting attack has poisoned(4+)

Indomitable Specialist can choose from-
adamantium will
crusader
eternal warrior
feel no pain
fearless
relentless
stubborn
cc attacks have strikedown

Guerilla Specialist can choose from-
infiltrate
hit and run
fleet
move through cover
stealth
preferred enemy
scout
night vision

No duplicates from the CATEGORIES (which would be a new, more strict limitation) or no duplicate ABILITIES? That is, only one ability per category, or only one model with a specific ability?

You need one from each Category. Which means no model will have the same "bonus" ability.
