A Quick 40K Trivia Test
« on: June 16, 2014, 03:07:00 PM »
So let's see who is real old skool or ultra-fluff-know-it- all here...

A quick little obscure 40K trivia test that is even google-fu resistant.

A few screen grabs from some 40K media- who can name what two media?

Bonus points if you can name the characters.
Though my men may sleep, and my ships rest at anchor, my foes know full well that big guns never tire...

Look on my works ye mighty, and despair...

I believe the last 2 shots are from Rites of War the ancient computer game.

Last guy is a commisar and I have no chance of giving a name.

Nah, I guess it's the ancient Final Liberation  :) But no clue about the Commissar's name, just remember the videos with him.
We bring only death, and leave only carrion. It is a message even a Human can understand.

Oh dang you are totally right too, I mix those 2 old games up all the time since neither of them were any good.

Now Chaos Gate! That was a game!

The first 2 is from the Lord Inquisitor
The 3rd one is from the blood for the blood gods
and the last from the damnatus

I can't recall any of their names :P

Hells yeah!, It was like 40k Kill Team meets XCOM. I still play a DOS-BOX'd version these days!

I used to love chaos gate but for some reason the vehicles would always bug out on my game. But assault marines with power fists were my favorite, jump in and just beat someone down with them!
