Named Hq for ad mech
« on: September 19, 2015, 05:12:29 PM »
Personally i like named hq's of all manner, it gives an army something to aspire towards, however as much the dominus tech priests there aren't any named hq's for them. I know that the ad mech codexes are special but still lots of people run straight ad mech instead of using them as allies. So i took it upon my self to come up with one for GW. ok here goes.

-High Alpha Dominus Tech Priest
      Jove the Enlightened
-ws4 bs7 s4 t5 4w 3i 2a 10ld 2+sv
Infantry character

warlord trait
May chose any warlord trait from both skitarii and cult mech codexes.
Wargear
-power axe
-scryerskull
-refractory field

special rules
-Canticles
-fnp 4+
-independant character
-relentless
-Master of the machines
-Tentacles of the omnassiah- master of machines allows the priest to heal friendly vehicles 6" away. in addition may heal 2 targets in stead of shooting altogether
-Jove must be your warlord

arcana Mechanicum
-The Harness of divine manipulations
confers 2+ armour, is the mechadendrite harness however gives Jove the "volkite cannon s7 ap4, heavy 2, deflagerate. the harness also give the priest a twin linked eradication beamer. lastly Jove may make 3 data pike attacks at i10.

-Mask of the grand omnassiah
all friendly units within 6" of the priest gain zealot and a +1 fnp

he is 180 pts, i think he is very powerful so he may be a lord of war. this would give the imperium a good shooting Hq. idk what do you guys think, im terrible with naming things so that could be changed, but the title is perfect. just long enough to make him look important but not long enough that he looks weak in comparison to the name. I guess Jove would be an ad mech version of Thraka, as he has be enlightened my the omnassiah and therefore has many priceless artifacts attached to him.
