Squats where an army ... Space Dwarves ^^

I know Squats were an army. From the looks of things they were fun :(
Not really. Apparently the reason they've gone ''extinct'' is because the writers felt like they didn't do them justice and I couldn't agree more! They were meant to be tough crafty drunken warriors and instead they were turned into Harley riders. they were interesting but felt more like a hybrid that was out of place! :(

Well, is we kidnap Matt Ward we might get Squats back soooooo...
If we could kidnap him we could do anything! We could even make grey knights suck again! :P

Wait, suck AGAIN? So when where they fixed? Black Library?
They used to be in the demon hunters codex, and apparently they SUCKED!

Poor Grey Knights. If it wasn't for their broken rules, they would be worthless.
Yeah, I know. It's so unfair that *BLAM*............... Grey Knights are not broken. and Mathew Ward is sooooo good at writing fluff and rules. He is not being unfair or unreasonable just because he gave every single Grey Knight Psichic powers and that they get 60 attacks on the charge. If anything they're underpowered. ;D
Feel the rush of the wind against your skin and hear her keening cry in your ears. Listen to her call well, for are we not the Wild Riders, the children of the storm?

2 Pages and several Matt Ward jokes later, we get an answer that is diffinatave.

If anyone was interested in doing a Beastmen army or some units in their IG, Victoria Miniatures make some really cool ones. I'm actually picking some up to use as cultists for my Traitor Marines.

Here is a link to the Beastmen but I recommend looking at some of the other stuff. They have some awesome looking bits and whole units for doing weird or traitor guard. Ever want to do a Scottish guard unit all wearing kilts, they got it.

Huh... Looking at those models has made me think of their stat line:
WS4 BS3 S5 T4 W2 I4 A2 Ld8 Sv5+

That's how I would bring Beastmen back!

Squats have made an appearance in my Abhumans army thanks to minis from mantic.

A Commissar Lord leads two squads of vets (squats) plus two ten man ratling squads, plus a ten man ogryn squad. A couple of taurox apc transports round out the list.

Cheers
Nick
