Grav-guns

So how do GK- players deal with the new Grav meta?

My best idea is a massive number of troops. Rhinos and dreadnought. But i don't know if it actually work.

Execution force, a callidus and Eversor will make a mess of Devastator Gravs.  Rhino's used as ablative armour, you will lose them but it saves your GK's until they can get close and unleash hell.

Its a good idea but.. I like to be able to deal with it without allies..
even though i must admit, that the hopes seams weak.

Learn to appreciate the psylencer. I used to take a 5 man paladin squad with two psylencers, as well as a grand master with a psylencer and the halberd that allowed you to reroll force. You'll drown a devastator squad in shots, you'll kill multiwound models like centurions and kataphrons, and you'll still be able to threaten other elite units like command squads, powerful characters, etc.
Don't try making a unit unkillable. its a waste of time and the dice gods laugh at you for wasting your time. Dedicate a unit to a job and make sure it does it til it's either dead or running.

The sad fact here is that Grav will be in your face before you get to even fire a shot at them through so many ways:
Outflank (White Scars and ravengwing)
Drop Pod (Sternguards, Devastators using Skyhammer formation, Centurionstar)
Teleportation with Draigo

Therefore before you can even point your gun at them, chances are, they are already dead with that many gravs pointing in your direction.
