Looks pretty swish, lots of dedicated fast transport for objective secured. I amuse you're using CAD (might pay to put force org type at the top of a list now days). Only thing is the soul trap;

With only ap3 I don't see the husk blade killing too many characters and the 10 points could probably be dropped to get a second splinter cannon on a venom.

Also maybe drop one scourge or drop a ssylth (keep the soul trap) to get the second splinter cannon on the second venom.

Other than that it looks pretty damn solid, especially considering the lack of flyers.

I was Going to use them as Body Guards for my Archon as they have Good Toughness and FNP along with a moderate attack pool for the model count and the fact they came with Carbines and can go in a Venom.

Ok :-)

Another good DE unit are 4 grotesques + a HQ for leadership (and maybe a webway portal) in a raider. One grotesque is 35 points for S5 & T5 and I think it is 5 attacks on the charge + D3 extra attacks when they are outnumbered. That is really quit good for the points and also remember that you reroll to wound poison attacks if your strength is higher that your opponents toughness.

Two words of dark eldar: Focus Fire. You'll need to remove any threat unit before they can damage you, meaning if to take out a threat you need to fire at it with 3 venoms, do it, if it takes 2 ravager, us both. You can't afford to split your fire.

If you want to watch some pro battle reports with dark eldar look at Tabletop Tactics and Lawrence's DE batreps

Redundancy is also great. Having several identical units makes up for the fact that you will loose some of them and then you still have some left that can do the intended job.
For example the classic venom spam ;-)
