[2000] SM Minotaurs - Wanting to be somewhat Competitive

Backstory - I wanted to take an Assault Overload theme Minotaur Chapter army (using Black Templar tactics) to a local Tournament being held end of Sept.
Yes I'm aware there will be better assault chapter/races armies around but I like the fluff so please keep constructive comments to Minotaur's/Vanilla SM's. 
My aim is to get army playable without having to make it a cheese stick i.e. don't want to get destroyed in every game, even win 1 or 2.

Any feedback is welcomed in particular if the list doesn't contain enough Anti-Tank, or enough Anti-Bodies for your average balanced army (average and balanced being keys words here) then fire comments away.

Tactics
My thought process into buidling this list is to deep strike Assaults, Moloc and Chaplain, Reviers inorder to exploit opposing flanks while also keeping number of units being deployed to try and win going first.
The two tactical Meltguns squads will share the one rhino and the Plasma gun tactical squad will be in the razorback.
The Chaplain Dreadnought will ride in the Stormraven.
Bikes will be as they are.
This should for deployment numbers count as 4 placements.

For those that make recommnedations to alter list please note there is a limitation on making changes based on the Miniatures I currently have available.
The Spare Pool of Miniatures to make alterations from (additional to what is listed above) includes units below;

Drop the Attack Bike.  It hits on 4s after moving with a single shot.  Statistics say that it's going to only land a hit three times per game.  That's horrible for its price.  Twin Multimelta on the Raven is a much better investment.

What Tactics are you using?  That makes a difference for any other tweaks I might suggest.  It looks like it's in a good place right now without Tactics, so Iron Hands and Fists would be fine, but Salamanders and Ultras, I'd make some pretty significant changes.

Going with Black Templars Chapter Tactics and Yes I'm well aware that Moloc already has effectively the same thing as a  6" bubble trait.
Despite Moloc trait I strongly feel the Black Templars Tactics fluff wise best suits the army and besides the reroll failed charges will come in handy for the deep striking Assaults, Chaplain Dreadnought and Bike Squad.

You highlighted the one component that I was already having second thoughts on so gone with your suggestions and I've dropped attack bike.
For the regain points I've resigned them to investing in a second Heavy Flamer to Chaplain Dreadnought (who will be riding in the raven), twin multi-melta for the Raven and a Hunter-killer Missile for each of the Heavy Flamer Razorbacks.

Hunter-Killer the Predator and Lascannon Razorback instead of the Flamers.  The Flamers want to be always moving, always pushing up harder.  You'll end up with the same problem of a single shot hitting on 4s while the Lascannon equipped stuff hates to move anyway.  It limits your choice of what to hit when it's most needed, but less chance of it being a waste of points.

With BT Tactics, I would take it to the table to see what feels light.  On paper, it looks solid.  I can always respect sticking to a fluffy Chapter Tactic instead of a gaming one.  My Astral Claws are White Scars for the same reason.

Good Pick up on Hunter Killer Missiles - I made the switch just before handing in my list to Tourney orgnanisers.
