terrain out of garbage
« on: January 23, 2015, 02:43:46 AM »
hi there,

i want to start "infinity the game" tabletop, and we need a lot of terrain.
so i decided to go through the old stuff in our basement and our barn.

i found an old dunlop tennis ball package, an old lamp and 2 oil filters.

tried to paint them and added some parts. hope you like it. tell me what you think.

Awesome stuff!

Love the weathering- I've been trying to focus on building some more/new 40K terrain for the club so the inspiration is great!

Don't forget old computers

Old computers are great for metal pieces you can use for bunkers, walls, ramps, etc You could repaint an old circuit board to look like some Necron shrine or what not. Have a few 'bunkers' like this, glued metal to Styrofoam hit it with some rattle cans and boom ruins. Best kind of recycling.
