An interesting addition to Tau, could have been worse in terms of having to face one...or three.
Though my men may sleep, and my ships rest at anchor, my foes know full well that big guns never tire...

it can however use suit systems so i'd say you're bound to see it with 4++ and interceptor at least.

it's preaty balanced with other big options such as WK, knights and such.

I like it, its not too survivable nor is it too devastating. Its got strengths and weaknesses, i see the Internets making all sorts of assumptions about it geting a 4++ invun but the books are known for limiting certain wargear to certain units. If it can get a invun it will most likely be 5++ and will be a high point price.

I am sooo glad its not busted like the FW one, the supremacy one is cancer for reg 40k and is even underpriced in apoc but thats where it should be. Im not a fan of this being able to be taken in squads, reg 40k games should never let more than 1 low type threat per army on the table and that even goes for knights IMO.

Using only one of this/wraithknight or an imperial knight still makes for still a very fun game but when people start to spam multiples it just becomes too much.

My buddy who plays tau will be getting one and im excited to play against it as it seems like a fun fight for my WK, they both have a chance to deal with eachother, if i get my sword knight to close combat hes toast but its a risk reward as thats when his weapon gets stronger.
